Vorsprung Autowerk: 3.0T Supercharged Injector Reseal Kit

If you’ve pulled your supercharger, you’ve likely noticed those fuel injectors are often stuck fast in the lower intake runners. When they finally pop out, the factory seals are usually brittle, charred, or flattened.

Reinstalling fuel injectors with old seals is a recipe for disaster. Whether you’re chasing a misfire, upgrading your injectors, or performing a "valley" service, the Vorsprung Autowerk Injector Reseal Kit is a non-negotiable maintenance must.

Why You Can’t Skip This

The 3.0T is a Direct Injection (DI) engine. That means your injectors are subjected to extreme combustion chamber pressures and intense heat.

• The Combustion Seal: The white Teflon/PTFE seal at the tip is the only thing stopping high-pressure combustion gases from blowing past the injector. Once removed, these seals "relax" and lose their shape; they cannot be reused.
• The Fuel Rail O-Ring: The upper Viton O-ring holds back fuel rail pressures that can exceed 2,000 PSI. A degraded ring is a fire hazard waiting to happen.

• The Spacer & Clip: Heat cycles make the plastic support components brittle. If they crack, the injector won't sit at the correct depth, leading to poor spray patterns and carbon buildup.
