Toad Familiar

It is said to be wary of a strange cat who crosses your path, for it may not be a cat at all but perhaps a witch's familiar - or even a witch themselves!

The same is also said for other various creatures of the wood such as the owl or toad. Creatures of the dark and damp who aid a witch in magic; happy to lend their supernatural assistance. Familiars are loyal and guiding guardian and protectors, and one would be wary of crossing paths with one less than catch a witch's attention or ire.

Handcrafted out of sterling silver, this pendant features crossed broom and one toad familiar. It weighs approximately .6 ounces, measuring 1.75" x 1.3" at widest points and hangs from an 18" sterling chain which has also been blackened to match.
