Warranty & Return policy

As an authorized retailer of the Venty vaporizer, you’re backed by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects (extendable to three when registration through S&B within the first four weeks). Your device’s serial number is required to be eligible for warranty work. As with all vaporizers purchased from Planet of the Vapes, you're also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Any accessories used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories returned on their own. Our 30-day return policy also covers unopened and unused items.
