The Extech RH25 is a pocket-sized Heat Index Psychrometer Pen that monitors Heat Index during hot, humid conditions. Its pen-sized design fits into a pocket so it can be carried wherever it is needed, putting multiparameter environmental measurement into a single handheld instrument.

The RH25 is intended to monitor Heat Index during hot humid days to help prevent heat stroke during outdoor activities, sporting events, or in the indoor workplace. It targets situations where the combination of heat and humidity creates a thermal-stress hazard that a simple thermometer would not reveal.
