Flex-a-lite fan spacer kits are ideal for use with Flex-a-lite belt fans. Belt-driven fans perform best when they are 3/4 inch to 1 inch from the surface of the radiator. Each time the original equipment fan clutch is removed from the engine, a spacer must be added to bring it back into the "sweet spot" of the fan shroud opening. Multiple spacers can be used up to 3 inches.
