Easy Assembly: The shed comes in ready-to-assemble panel sections, saving you time. Each panel is preassembled, and all necessary hardware and screws are included.

Customer Responsibilities: You will need to provide shingles, roof drip-edge, and paint.

Delivery: The shed is shipped as a panel kit. When it arrives at your local terminal, the shipping company will arrange delivery. You’ll need 2-3 people to help unload the kit.

Optional Floor Kit: For added stability, you can choose the optional DIY Floor Kit. It includes 4x4 pressure-treated runners, 5/8" plywood flooring, and 2x4 floor joists spaced 16" apart.

Assembly Steps for Colonial Five-Corner Backyard Shed

Depending on the building size and your skill level, assembly will take about 4-8 hours. The panelized kit includes pre-assembled panels (except for the roof) and requires no additional cutting. Simply fasten the panels together using the provided hardware. The unit is primed and ready for paint. You will need to supply shingles, drip edge, and paint, but a quantity list will be provided to help you gather these materials.

Step 1: Floor

You can choose to add the optional floor kit to your order or get the necessary supplies from your local home improvement store.

Step 2: Walls

Build the walls using the pre-cut parts from the kit. Make sure each piece fits together properly and secure them tightly to form a solid structure for your shed.

Put up the trusses first, making sure they are secure, then add the sheathing to complete the roof structure.
