An innovative ultra-light tube jointly developed by Schwalbe and German company BASF. It achieves both lightness and puncture resistance, significantly reduces rolling resistance, and achieves higher performance than conventional butyl tubes. The tube is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material, which is lightweight and resistant to heat and friction, and the resin valve is welded with high precision using advanced laser welding technology (patented). Thermoplastic polyurethane fits perfectly into the carcass inside the tire, reducing rolling resistance, and has excellent heat resistance, so it can be used with confidence even when driving downhill with rim brake vehicles. Also, when compared to butyl tubes, depending on the size, the front and rear tires are more than 100 grams lighter, providing a dynamic and smooth ride. We offer sizes that can be used with a variety of bicycles, including road bikes, MTBs, and trekking bikes.
