Warranty & Return policy

We're authorized retailers of the Mighty+ vaporizer, and a two-year manufacturer’s warranty backs you against defects (extendable to three when registered through S&B within the first four weeks). You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on a sticker on the back of the box and on the back of the Mighty+. As with all vaporizers purchased from Planet Of The Vapes, you're also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Any accessories used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories returned on their own. Unopened and unused items are also covered by our 30-day return policy.
