Plazmaman D23 NP300 Navara Intercooler Kit Raw Series 1-2
This Plazmaman upgrade intercooler kit is to suit the 2015 to 2021 Series 1-4 Nissan D23 NP300 Navara Twin-Turbo Diesel. This kit utilizes OEM mounting positions and is coated in Black finish to give the vehicle an original appearance.

Thorough R&D road and dyno testing has been done over a 6 month period to fine tune the final product release.

Plazmaman engineers have spent a lot of time designing a mounting position much higher than factory location. The advantage of this is to allow for better clearance in vehicle is used in Off-road conditions. Another advantage the NP300 Plazmaman kit has over its competitors, is the larger thicker tube HEAVY DUTY Intercooler core. This increases surface area of up to 2 times more than the Nissan factory unit. The larger efficiency of the core allows for less pressure drop and more than 30% + extra cooling capacity when higher boost levels are required, and also add to that, a massive help keeping it all cool when towing heavy loads.

This kit consists of: 
Thicker, light weight, highly efficient tube and fin intercooler 605 x 305 x 63mm
Custom High flow larger diameter silicone piping - which is wire reinforced. Wire reinforcement allows for zero swelling of hoses and guaranteed zero failure.
Stainless laser cut brackets and high tensile bolts.
Suits 2015 to 2021 Series 1-4 Nissan D23 NP300 Navara Twin-Turbo Diesel
This Intercooler kit is available in raw or stealth black finish only.

Please note - This intercooler kit may or may not be winch compatible depending on the bull-bar fitted.
