Description

Profos is a prebiotic and nutraceutical food supplement for the wellness of the intestine, the joints, and the skin. It contains hyaluronic acid, plant extracts and prebiotic fibre in a synergistic formulation, providing complete and balanced supplementation of nutrients, minerals and plants necessary to help joint function, and bone strength and plasticity as well as to maintain the skin’s moisture, elasticity and firmness.

Profos’ selected components:

Hyaluronic acid (ExceptionHYAL^®): essential to protect the cartilage against aging and mechanical stress. It lubricates the joint surface, ensures the nutrition of cartilage and dermis, provides optimal moisture and improves the histological structure of the cartilage, gives tone and elasticity to the skin. ExceptionHYAL^® is specifically recommended for its high gastrointestinal absorption and high bio-availability.

Short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides (FOSsc): natural plant fiber with a prebiotic action, it promotes the absorption of nutrients, including magnesium and calcium, to the benefit of bone metabolism.

Vitamin A is involved in a number of metabolic processes that are essential for the body, ideal for the promotion of growth and regeneration of epithelial cells and consequently for the integrity of the skin.

Magnesium promotes bone tissue regeneration and prevents osteoporosis.

Silicon is present in the body particularly in connective tissue, bone, tendons and skin. It is essential for physiological repair and regeneration processes.

Selected plant ingredients

Rosehip dry extract standardized to 50% Vitamin C:  Vitamin C is essential for the metabolism of collagen fibers, helping to lend the dermis greater firmness and joint structures such as tendons and ligaments greater strength.

Fennel, Witch hazel, Mallow and Griffonia: the action of these plant extracts improves the general conditions of the intestinal mucosa, to facilitate the absorption of other ingredients.

How to use

Pour the contents of one sachet into an empty glass; then add about 100-150 ml of water; stir until completely dissolved. If the product does not dissolve completely in water, this does not mean that it is altered; in fact, this is due to the presence of sodium hyaluronate in the formulation. To be taken preferably 1 hour before meals.

Fructo-oligosaccharides, maltodextrin, thickener: acacia gum, xanthan gum; magnesium oxide, fennel (Phoeniculum vulgare) seed dry extract standardized to 1% essental oil, witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) leaf dry extrac standardized to 10% tannins, mallow (Malva sylvestris) flower and leaf dry extract, flavorings, rose hips (Rosa canina) fruit dry extract standardized to 50% vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seed dry extract standardized to 99% 5-hydeoxytryptophan, emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; retinyl palmitate (vitamin A); sweetener: sucralose.

Warnings

Store the product in a cool and dry place and protect from light. The expiry date refers to a product correctly stored in its original and undamaged packaging. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
