INGREDIENTS:

Haddock, enriched bleached wheat flour, water, cottonseed, and/or soybean oil, contains less than 25 of the following: modified corn starch, salt, garlic powder, whey, leavening, rice, flour, caramel color, corn syrup, spices, natural flavour, xanthan gum, sugar, maltodextrin, yellow 5 and 6. Contains: haddock, wheat, milk.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Place frozen fillet on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a bit of crunch. Turn after 10 minutes. Air Fryer - 370ºF (187ºC) for 16 minutes.
