The Extech TH10 is a self-contained temperature USB datalogger that records temperature readings to internal memory at a user-programmable sample rate. It connects directly to a PC through its built-in USB interface, where the included Windows analysis software is used to configure the unit and download the logged data.

A datalogger of this type is deployed wherever temperature must be tracked unattended over time, capturing a continuous record rather than a single spot reading. The TH10 is intended for monitoring the temperature level in a warehouse or storage room, where it can be left in place to build a history of conditions between visits.
