When you're heading out for a long day of ranch work or backing into the box for a run, the last thing you want to worry about is your horse's comfort or your saddle shifting. The Weaver Roper AirFlex Smart Cinch with Fleece is engineered to solve the two biggest headaches in the barn: heat-related sores and the struggle of getting a secure, even pull on your latigo. From our barn to yours, we know that a happy horse performs better, and this cinch is built to ensure exactly that.
This isn't your standard neoprene cinch. By combining patented "cool flex" foam with a plush Merino wool fleece lining, Weaver has created a piece of gear that breathes as hard as your horse works. It’s built for the long haul, ensuring that even under the high-impact pressure of roping or the athletic maneuvers of a cow horse, your partner stays cool, dry, and protected from the friction that causes girth galls.
Performance riders and ranch hands looking for maximum saddle stability and professional-grade heat management during long hours in the saddle.
To find the correct size for your Weaver Roper AirFlex Smart Cinch, measure from saddle dee-ring to saddle dee-ring under the belly and subtract 16 inches. Ideally, you want about 8 inches of clearance between the saddle's dee-ring and the cinch buckle on both sides.
Traditional black neoprene tends to trap heat against the horse's skin. The AirFlex technology uses a specialized white foam that doesn't absorb heat, paired with molded channels that allow air to flow freely, keeping your horse much cooler during heavy work.
Absolutely. While the roper width is great for stability, the heat management and fleece lining make it a top choice for trail riders who spend long hours in the saddle and want to prevent heat-related sores.
