Beautiful heavy graduated antique watch chain necklace with original watch fob, albert clasp and a T Bar drop.

The watch fob is hallmarked for Birmingham 1893 with the makers mark JG possibly for John Gloster of Lion Silver Works, Birmingham. Each of the graduated silver links is stamped with the lion passant as are some of the rings. The albert clasp has the makers mark SS for Samuel Smith. The T bar has hallmarks but due to its age I can only see the lion passant. I have added 3 contemporary sterling silver jump rings to slightly configure the chain to enhance its wearability.

The total length of the chain is 40cm and it weighs 65g. The watch fob measures 4cm x 3.5cm and the chain and T bar drop measure 6cm.

This unique piece of jewellery may have signs of wear due to its history. It is beautifully imperfect and should be treated with love and care. This watch chain necklace is in excellent antique condition
