The B&K Precision DAS30, DAS50, and DAS60 are high speed multi-function recorders built to measure and record signals ranging from small sensors to large electrical systems on a single instrument. Each model combines isolated universal analog channels, logic inputs, and temperature measurement with high-speed sampling and large internal solid-state memory, presenting captured data on a wide 10-inch touchscreen TFT display.
These recorders are applied to measuring signals ranging from small sensors to large electrical systems, to maintenance and failure analysis, and to power analysis of single- and three-phase systems. Each channel can simultaneously record a different signal — voltage, temperature, current, or frequency — using a common time base, allowing high voltage and current waveforms, temperature, and logic data to be captured together in one instrument.
ValueTronics stocks and holds its own inventory in a 20,000 square foot secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois, so the instruments we list are equipment we keep on hand.
The DAS30, DAS50, and DAS60 form a single series of high speed multi-function recorders that share the same core measurement architecture — isolated universal analog channels, 14-bit resolution, 100 kHz bandwidth, a 1 MSa/s memory-mode sample rate, CAT III 600 V isolation, and a 10-inch touchscreen — while differing in channel count and several capability tiers. The DAS30 provides 2 isolated universal channels, the DAS50 provides 4, and the DAS60 provides 6.
The models also differ in file-mode sampling interval, internal memory size, power-analysis networks, alarm count, and which temperature and analysis options are factory-installed versus standard. The comparison table below details these differences model by model.
Each new model linked below is its own dedicated product page with condition-matched pricing. Select the model whose channel count and capability tier fit your application, then choose the available new configuration on that model's page.
Channel count scales across the series — 2 channels on the DAS30, 4 on the DAS50, and 6 on the DAS60 — and the file-mode sampling interval is 5 µs (200 kSa/s) on the DAS30 and 2 µs (500 kSa/s) on the DAS50 and DAS60. Internal solid-state memory is 32 GB on the DAS30 and DAS50 and 64 GB on the DAS60.
Power-analysis capability also differs by model: the DAS30 covers single-phase, the DAS50 covers single-phase and Delta (Aron), and the DAS60 covers single-phase, Delta (Aron), and Star, adding 400 Hz power-analysis frequency and PWM analysis. The DAS60 includes two Pt100/Pt1000 inputs as standard and provides four alarms, whereas the DAS30 and DAS50 offer Pt100/Pt1000 as a factory option and two alarms. Refer to the comparison table for the full per-model breakdown.
