Good/Very Good vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear from normal use. Jaws are a bit uneven - one side closes flush but the other side does not (see 2nd & 3rd pics). Grip spins smooth to adjust jaws. All-in-all a good example of an oddball wrench that is perfect for practical use and/or as a display/collector piece. See pics.
