Verdugo Series The NUX Tape Echo, a tribute to the iconic Space Echo from Japan in 1974. Embracing analog tape echo technology, this pedal emulates the unique characteristics of its forerunner, with lush echoes and warm organic delays. Using Core-Image technology, the Tape Echo captures the essence of the original hardware, including bass, treble, repeat rate, intensity, echo volume, reverb volume, wow, flutter and saturation.

With a strong and clean body with essential knobs for quick tweaking, the NUX Tape Echo offers precise control over parameters such as bass, treble, time, repeat, level and reverb. The pedal retains the controls of the original hardware while adding modern features such as BPM/MS switching and tap tempo functionality. Choose from different combinations with the select knob and experiment with timing control and repeats for versatile soundscapes.

The built-in spring reverb provides a warm and deep echo. To complete the pedal, the NUX Tape Echo also has a loop function built into it. With MIDI connectivity and optional delay time display, the NUX Tape Echo is a compact but powerful tool for guitarists looking for the nostalgic sound of retro echo effects.
