Billecart Salmon NFB 2012

The 1964-born Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas Francois, which is named after the company's founder and made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay cultivated in the Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims' Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, respectively, and 20% vinified in oak barrels. 10 years minimum sur lees aging and 6g/l dose. The ideal mix of freshness and complexity, reserve and voluptuousness, and maturity and grace in champagne.
