L-GLUTAMINE POWDER s recommended for athletes specializing in strength, strength-endurance, and strength-speed disciplines.

Recommended daily portion is 15 g (3 scoops).

Take a single serving of the product – 5 g (1 scoop) – 3 times daily, wash down with 300 ml of water.On workout days:1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving immediately after workout, 3th serving at bedtime.On non-workout days:1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3th serving at bedtime.
