How do you use magnesium chloride?

For a wonderfully relaxing bath, add a large cup of magnesium chloride to a full bath. Sit in the bath water for at least 10 minutes. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil for extra relaxation.

For a foot bath, add half a cup of Epsom salts to a foot bath with warm water. Soak your feet in the water for 10 minutes and dry. Great for tired feet!
