Digital Gift Card Policy

Digital Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are electronic vouchers that can be purchased through our store and redeemed online toward eligible products and services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, delivery, redemption, and limitations of our Digital Gift Cards.

Purchase & Delivery

• Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address provided at checkout.

• Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours due to payment processing or security checks.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient’s email address. We are not responsible for Gift Cards sent to incorrect or non-existent email addresses.

Redemption

• Gift Cards can be redeemed only at our store and only for eligible products or services.

• To redeem, enter the unique Gift Card code at checkout.

• Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment. Any remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card for future use.

• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by law.

Expiration

• Digital Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Any unused balance will expire automatically after this period and cannot be redeemed.

Refunds & Returns

• Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased.

• If a purchase made with a Gift Card is refunded, the refunded amount will be returned to the Gift Card balance, not as cash or to another payment method.

Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

• Treat Gift Card codes like cash. Anyone with access to the code can redeem it.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

• Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except at our sole discretion and where required by law.

Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a Gift Card, order, or account if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these terms.

• We may require additional verification before issuing or redeeming Gift Cards.

Limitations

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards unless explicitly stated.

• Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Taxes

• Applicable taxes will be charged on purchases made with Gift Cards, in accordance with local tax laws.

Changes to This Policy

• We reserve the right to update or modify this Gift Card Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
