Pokémon Sword & Shield - Battle Styles is the first set to introduce Single Strike and Rapid Strike. Inspired by the Pokémon Sword and Shield video games where a Single Strike can knock out your opponent in one powerful blow or a sneaky Rapid Strike where you strike when your opponent least expects.

Battle Styles consists of more than 160 cards including no less than six huge Pokémon VMAX, 12 powerful Pokémon V such as Mimikyu V, Tyranitar V, Empoleon V, 16 full-art Pokémon V and no less than 60 Battle Styles cards with Single Strike or Rapid Strike.

A Booster Box Battle Syles consists of 36 boosters. Each Battle Syles booster contains 11 Pokémon cards which:
- 10 Pokemon cards.
- 1 Energy card.
