A 2,5x5 cm Elevation Unit for more expansion options!

This Elevation Unit is a great way to further expand your colony.
With multiple exits, it's easy to expand your setup even further as needed. 
You can enlarge it with other modules, or even place a heating cable underneath using our optional nest legs.

Included in this set:
- A PLA Elevation Unit (3D printed) measuring 2,5x5 cm (8,8cm height without feet) 
- A separate cold white removable inner part made of PLA (3D printed)
- A 3mm transparent plexiglass cover 
- 5 nest ports:
  • 3 closed ports to seal extra openings
  • 2 double open port to connect the nest to other units

• The white removable inner part is perfect if the exterior is a different color than white, ensuring you can always see the ants clearly.
• The plexiglass is secured with Allen screws mounted in copper threads, making disassembly easy for tasks like cleaning the nest.
• The double open port can accommodate a small tube (OD 10mm) (not included).

• OUR MODULAR SYSTEM
This Natural Nest is an integral part of our modular system, ensuring that you only invest in components that will remain useful as your ant colony grows. The modular system is easily expandable with other components. All modules have dimensions of 5 cm or multiples thereof (this one, for instance, is 10x10).

-Never place your ant farm in direct light, sunlight, or near strong light sources.
-The item may be made of materials like glass, acrylic, ceramic, or other fragile substances. Please handle your package with care while unpacking.
-The item may have sharp and/or pointed edges and is delicate. Handle it with caution.
-Not suitable for children to play with or use without adult supervision.
