Kolinsky Sable is the best hair available for the manufacture of artist brushes due to being conical in shape, strong in character with a long tapered point and thick belly.

Another beautiful addition to our Kolinsky Sable range, the Series 8 forms a precise tapered point for 'drawing' and flow whilst having the 'belly' in just the right place to carry liquid elegantly. The length of the head being shorter than a 'designer' Series 22 and longer than a regular .
