Article 1 – Rental and delivery
The lessor declares that the bicycle has been delivered in good condition. The lessee confirms to have received the bicycle in good condition.
Bike type: Urban Arrow Family Plus
Rental price: €60 per day
Deposit: €600 (also applies as deductible in case of theft)
The bike comes with all necessary accessories (e.g., keys and documents). Any damage or missing parts will be deducted from the deposit.

Article 2 – Usage and costs

1. All costs during the rental period, such as parking, flat tires or minor repairs, are at the lessee’s expense.
2. Any transport costs to or from the rental location are also for the lessee.

Article 3 – Repairs
Repairs without permission from the lessor are at the lessee’s own risk. Always contact us first before doing anything. (Call or WhatsApp: 020-2604077)

Article 4 – Keys and insurance
The lessee is responsible for any loss or damage to supplied items such as accessories, charger, locks and keys.
The bicycle is not insured beyond any basic coverage. In case of theft, the deposit will be withheld.

Article 5 – Liability

1. The lessee is liable for all damage to the bike, regardless of fault.
2. The lessee indemnifies the lessor from any claims from passengers or third parties.
3. Fines, penalties or legal consequences during the rental period are fully the lessee’s responsibility.
4. Only if the lessee can prove that a defect already existed at the start of the rental, this liability may lapse.

Article 6 – Damage or theft
In case of damage or loss of the bike or any of its components, the lessee must immediately contact the lessor by phone (020-2604077) and also confirm in writing. A police report may be required. Failure to report or follow instructions may result in full liability.

Article 7 – Lessor’s liability
The lessor is not liable for any damage, injury or costs resulting from the use of the bicycle, including technical defects during the rental period.

Article 8 – Rental period and extension
The rental is per day. If the bike is not returned before 22:00, an additional day’s rent of €60 will be charged. These terms remain in effect until the bike is returned, unless the agreed maximum period is exceeded.

Article 9 – Late return
If the agreed maximum rental period is exceeded, the lessee owes the lessor a penalty of €60 per extra day without any further notice.

Article 10 – Early termination
If the lessor believes the bike is not being used responsibly, they have the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, without court intervention.

Artikel 1 – Verhuur en ontvangst

De verhuurder verklaart de fiets in goede staat te hebben geleverd. De huurder bevestigt de fiets in goede staat te hebben ontvangen.

Huurprijs: €60,- per dag
Borgsom: €600,- (ook van toepassing als eigen risico bij diefstal)

Bij de fiets ontvangt de huurder alle toebehoren (zoals sleutels en documenten). Schade aan de fiets of verlies van onderdelen worden met de borg verrekend.

Artikel 2 – Gebruik en kosten

1. Alle kosten tijdens de huur, zoals stallingskosten, lekke banden of kleine reparaties, zijn voor rekening van de huurder.
2. Ook eventuele transportkosten van of naar het huuradres zijn voor de huurder.

Artikel 3 – Reparaties

Reparaties zonder toestemming van de verhuurder zijn voor eigen risico. Neem dus altijd even contact op voordat je iets laat doen. (0202604077 – ook WhatsApp)

Artikel 4 – Sleutels en verzekering

De huurder is verantwoordelijk voor verlies of schade aan bijgeleverd zaken zoals het accessoires, lader sloten en sleutels.
De fiets is niet extra verzekerd buiten eventuele vermelde basisverzekering. Bij diefstal wordt de borg in rekening gebracht.

Artikel 5 – Aansprakelijkheid

1. De huurder is aansprakelijk voor alle schade aan de fiets, of die nu met of zonder schuld is ontstaan.
2. De huurder vrijwaart de verhuurder van claims van derden of bijrijders.
3. Ook boetes, sancties of andere juridische gevolgen tijdens de huurtijd zijn volledig voor rekening van de huurder.
4. Alleen als de huurder kan bewijzen dat de oorzaak bij een bestaand defect lag, vervalt deze aansprakelijkheid.

Artikel 6 – Schade of diefstal

Bij schade of verlies van de fiets of onderdelen moet de huurder onmiddellijk telefonisch (020-2604077) contact opnemen en dit ook schriftelijk bevestigen. Politie-inschakeling en proces-verbaal kunnen vereist zijn. Het niet volgen van deze regels kan leiden tot volledige aansprakelijkheid.

Artikel 7 – Aansprakelijkheid verhuurder

De verhuurder is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade, letsel of kosten die ontstaan bij gebruik van de fiets, ook niet door technische gebreken tijdens de huurperiode.

Artikel 8 – Tijdsduur en verlenging

De huur is per dag. Wordt de fiets niet vóór 22.00 uur teruggebracht? Dan wordt automatisch een extra daghuur van €60,- in rekening gebracht. De voorwaarden blijven gelden tot de fiets is ingeleverd, zolang de afgesproken maximumtermijn niet wordt overschreden.

Artikel 9 – Te late inlevering

Bij het overschrijden van de afgesproken maximumtermijn, is de huurder zonder verdere waarschuwing een boete van €60,- per extra dag verschuldigd.

Artikel 10 – Beëindiging door verhuurder

Als blijkt dat de fiets onzorgvuldig wordt gebruikt, heeft de verhuurder het recht om de overeenkomst direct stop te zetten, zonder tussenkomst van de rechter.
