Grongnet Extra Brut Rosé - Carpe Diem

Extra Brut "Carpe Diem" champagne, non-vintage from Champagne Grongnet, situated in Etoges, Champagne which is in Côte des Blancs. Made without malolactic fermentation.

For those who enjoy character-driven champagnes and red wines. This rich, well-structured rosé with smooth tannins is the result of macerating the skins of the Pinot grapes and adding a small dosage of 2g/l to really let the fruit speak for itself. A great gastronomic partner. Notes of red fruits.
