What is filler primer spray?

How to use filler primer spray?

1. Surface Preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or debris. If smooth or glossy, sand lightly with fine sandpaper (400-600) to improve adhesion.
2. Product Agitation: Shake the aerosol well for at least 2 minutes before use. Test on a disposable surface to check flow and texture.
3. Application Conditions: Use at a temperature between 10°C and 25°C and humidity below 65%. Do not apply in windy, extremely cold, or high-humidity conditions.
4. Spray Application: Hold the spray at a 15-20 cm distance. Apply in thin, uniform coats with smooth, steady strokes. Wait 5-10 minutes between coats before reapplying.
5. Drying and Finishing: Dry to the touch in 30 minutes. Complete drying in 24 hours. For a more uniform finish, sand lightly before painting.
6. Spray Cleanup: After use, invert the sprayer and press the valve for a few seconds to clean the nozzle.
