At our bakery, you’ll learn from our bakers how to make bread at home that doesn’t just taste amazing, but is truly well-crafted. During this workshop, we’ll guide you step by step through the entire process: mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.

We’ll walk through every stage and not only show you how to do it, but also explain why things work the way they do to create a better understanding. You’ll learn all about the sourdough starter, different types of flour and grains, and how to influence flavor and texture by adding seeds, nuts, or other ingredients.

This workshop is perfect for everyone from enthusiastic beginners to experienced home bakers looking to deepen their understanding of the sourdough process and learn how to better control it. You’ll leave with the knowledge, techniques, and materials you need to keep baking at home.
