Having a beveled edge rectangular top above a carved frieze featuring two drawers with original wood knobs flanked on each side by carved acanthus leaves, it's raised on masterfully carved lyre shaped legs joined by beautifully scrolling hand forged iron stretchers adorned with acanthus leaf motifs. This antique table reflects the skill and artistry of the Baroque period and has acquired a rich patina over the last two centuries that showcases the natural beauty of the walnut wood while adding a sense of elegance, warmth, and sophistication to any room.
